This morning, Mr. Ferran accused this blog of a few things. First he asserted that this blog attacked his entrepreneurial talent. However, this is not true. The original blog pondered that he might have expanded too fast. Second, Mr. Ferran asserted that this blog is by a former admin. It isn't.

Mr. Ferran was born in 1975. He is currently 37 years old, and will be 38 on December 21st of this year. I don't want to belabor the issue, but it would seem that Mr. Ferran has had a great time since starting Uncle Sam's Misguided Children. Below is his rap sheet. Uncle Sam's has been going on for roughly a year.

DeleteWell, Mr. Broadwater, if that is your real name, I believe I have provided enough information here to show what needs to be shown. He was 37 at the time of the arrest. He was born December 21, 1975. It would seem to me that he is still age 37. It would seem to me that these charges above are recent. The charges in 1998 are not listed here. I was unaware of the 1998 charges until Mollie Powell took it upon herself to discuss them in the comments. I am only interested in the time period where he started Misguided Children, not early times. This is not about his past sins. He has to square those with God. However, saying he is helping veterans while he is clearly partying is an interpretation of helping Veterans that most people may not envision when they help Misguided Children.

DeleteThere was another one in 2011 and he was 35. But it doesn't really matter, this is about Misguided Children. The dude is obviously living large off the money. Since he is a "veteran" I suppose it qualifies helping a veteran, but helping a vet continue their drug habit is hardly what most people envision when they think about helping veterans.

In 1998, Mr. Ferran would have been 22 years old if the crimes took place before December 21 and 23 years old if after December 21st. Now, if you look carefully at the record, you will see that Mr. Ferran was indeed 37 at the time of arrest. Simply math will reveal that this is his current age. He will be 38 in December. The charges are from this year. They are not from 1998. You need to review your math.

I mean, that's the new American way... wait for someone to come up with a good concept, build the demographics, establish the platform and then take it from them. ReplyDeleteI don't have a radio station. I don't have anything but this free blog. I have no intention of stealing anybody's radio station. I AM a wife of a disabled veteran. I AM not happy about someone saying they are collecting money to help veterans and then using it to buy drugs and party. That is not the sort of "veterans help" that most people envision when they donate or "buy t-shirts."

DeleteI work in an attorney's office and do A LOT of investigations for those I work for. At first I was like, "no way, not Uncle Sam's." I saw your blog from yesterday and then those today. I wondered why the radio was down. I just checked the info you provided and I have to say that from what I am seeing from here what you posted is only the "TIP" of the iceberg of this man's criminal activities. I have unliked the page and I will let my other half know we will probably never see our shirts. It's been 10 weeks and nothing. Anyway, keep up the good fight to provide us with the truth. I am on several Conservative groups and hope to see you around if you frequent those. It's really sad so many have been scammed. This really sucks, to be honest. But I will help spread the word. DeleteI want to see some type of charge filed for the so-called unethical behavior you are claiming, I am sure the Better Business Bureau or some Ombudsman would pick up the case and make your claim of "SCAM" authoritative, until then, I cannot believe the accusations, nor will I stop support of USMC. I got my shirt (6 of them in different occasions) days after I ordered them, so I have had no problems with them on that account. As for things that happened in 1998, I cannot say since I wasn't there and I have no personal connection to anyone. You say you are the wife of a disabled veteran and this type of thing upsets you... but how do I know YOU are telling the truth about this.... As for me, I could be a cat wearing a Carmen Miranda hat and smoking three cigars and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference because behind a computer screen, people can be whatever they want.

Apparently people don't understand that they put the age 37 because if there's an issue, the authorities would have no know who they are looking for (so they don't have to do the math in their heads)... but you can't try and reason with people who do not care for logic and reason... it's futile.
